Despite being the best game, Omegaball comes with some potential safety hazards. In approximate order of severity, these hazards include:

• Falling onto the Omega
• Running into a tree
• Falling into the small ditch / metal grate by the south end of the Omega
• Generally tripping or falling

During a 90-minute playtest, Anshul fell into the ditch twice (luckily unharmed), Albany scratched up her elbow from a fall, and Marcos ran headfirst into a tree while attempting to evade Sidney Chenevert (no blood).

Signing this waiver indicates:

• You understand the risks and hazards associated with playing Omegaball
• You will prioritize the safety of yourself and others over winning
• You will not sue the Omegaball Association for any injuries sustained during play
